Congratulations Chili Champs and non-starving Artists!

A special thanks to all for your help and support, especially to the Prince William Art Society,

The 7th Annual Brentsville Chili Cook-off was held on Saturday May 1st. Congratulations are due to: Connie Hollins of Herndon, Virginia-1st Place; Zachary Young of Richmond, Virginia-2nd Place; Fran Hibbs of Manassas, Virginia-3rd Place. Out of respect to the ladies who placed 1st and 2nd, the editors of this newsletter will NOT mention their age. However, Mr. Young, who placed 2nd, is a whopping 5 years old! The Judges were: Congressman Tom Davis, Bob Mitchell and Buck Waters. Congratulations one and all. Prizes were awarded in the form of gift certificates donated by Casa Chimayo and the City Square Caf, each of Manassas. The Friends made certain plenty of chili and cornbread remained to feed our partners, the Prince William Art Society, who once again, graced our event with their annual show of lovely works.
